We all prioritize your success, so you can rest assured that we will candidly discuss with you all of the most promising and safe treatment scenarios. We offer a full spectrum of treatment methods to our patients. We provide initial medical consultations and conservative treatment. We also use specialized assisted development techniques ranging from embryo transfer and intrauterine insemination to advanced in vitro treatment. We draw on the expertise of all TFP clinics to ensure that our patients' treatment is as successful as possible.

Causative infertility treatment

Unfortunately, time does not work in favor of a couple trying to have a child, and the biological age of a woman does not always correspond with her metric age. However, infertility treatment does not always mean the need for complicated procedures. Many abnormalities and diseases significantly impede pregnancy, and they can be easily diagnosed and effectively treated.

Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

Insemination is one of the most common and least invasive methods of treating infertility. It is a simple procedure where a sample of semen, which has been prepared in a laboratory, is placed in the uterus. The semen is administered through a thin silicon catheter. The procedure is safe and painless.

IVF/ICSI

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a procedure that involves taking reproductive cells from both partners, combining them in a laboratory, growing the resulting embryos for several days, and then administering one or two embryos directly into the uterine cavity. To increase your chances of becoming a parent, our clinics offer IVF treatment combined with intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).

Frozen embryo transfer (FET)

Unused embryos from the in vitro fertilisation procedure are frozen and safely stored. This means that the patient does not have to go through the procedure of hormonal stimulation and egg collection again.

Embryotransfer-Verfahren

Preimplantation genetic testing of embryos (PGT)

Preimplantation diagnosis of embryos (PGT) involves genetic testing of embryos before they are transferred into the uterine cavity to diagnose serious congenital diseases. The method is considered safe for the embryo.

Fertility preservation (Oncofertility)

For a variety of reasons, you may need to postpone your decision about parenthood until later. If you are undergoing or will be affected by invasive treatment (chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery), suffer from premature ovarian failure, or are concerned about the impact of natural aging processes on spontaneous childbearing in the future, medicine may be of some help.

Gamete and embryo donation

Despite more and more perfect methods of infertility treatment, there are couples who can fulfil their dream of happy parenthood only thanks to cells donated by female donors. It is similar in the case of men. Semen from an anonymous donor may be helpful in assisted reproduction procedures when the man has no or limited sperm or, for example, suffers from a serious genetic disease.

Biopsy of the testicle or epididymis

Abnormal semen parameters and other disorders of male fertility can have many causes. One of the key methods of recognizing these is testicular biopsy (TESE).

Treatment failure

Does fertility treatment make sense? A recent ESHRE study says that among women who started treatment, 71% will have a baby within the next 5 years. 57% will get pregnant as a result of treatment, and 14% will become pregnant naturally. However, it is important to remember that no treatment will give 100% certainty of success, and sometimes our path together ends in failure. What do we do then?
