We provide comprehensive treatment of infertility, using conservative therapies and specialized techniques of assisted reproduction - from embryo transfer and intrauterine insemination to in vitro fertilization using intracytoplasmic sperm injection.

Causal treatment of infertility

Not every case of prolonged efforts to get pregnant requires assisted reproductive technology. You may only need a few specialized tests to find and then eliminate the cause of your pregnancy problems.

Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

Insemination is a simple assisted reproductive procedure that involves placing a sample of semen, which has previously been prepared in a laboratory setting, into the uterus. The semen is administered through a thin silicone catheter. The procedure is safe and painless.

In vitro fertilization (IVF/ICSI)

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a procedure that involves taking reproductive cells from both partners, combining them in a laboratory, growing the resulting embryos for several days, and then administering one or two embryos directly into the uterine cavity. To increase your chances of becoming a parent, our clinic offers IVF treatment combined with intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).

Frozen embryo transfer (FET)

Embryo transfer involves the delivery of the embryo(s) into the uterine cavity. It is painless and does not require anaesthesia.

Preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGS, PGD)

Preimplantation genetic diagnosis/screening (PGD/PGS) involves the genetic testing of embryos before they are transferred into the uterine cavity.

Fertility preservation (Oncofertility)

For a variety of reasons, you may need to postpone your decision about parenthood until later. If you are undergoing or will be affected by invasive treatment (chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery), suffer from premature ovarian failure, or are concerned about the impact of natural ageing processes on spontaneous childbearing in the future, fertility preservation may be of some help.

Gamete and embryo donation

Despite more and more perfect methods of infertility treatment, there are couples who can fulfil their dream of happy parenthood only thanks to cells donated by female donors. It is similar in the case of men. Semen from an anonymous donor may be helpful in assisted reproduction procedures when the man has no or limited sperm or, for example, suffers from a serious genetic disease.

Biopsy of the testicle or epididymis

Abnormal semen parameters and other disorders of male fertility can have many causes. How do you recognize them? One of the key methods is a testicular biopsy.

Treatment failure

Does infertility treatment make sense? Is it worth using assisted reproductive therapies? According to the latest ESHRE study, 71% of women who started treatment had a child within the next five years, 57% as a result of treatment, and 14% naturally. However, it should be remembered that no treatment offers 100% certainty of success, and sometimes our journey together ends in failure.
