Education

Dr Justin Chu He trained at the University of Birmingham and completed his postgraduate training at Birmingham Women's Hospital.

Teaching experience

From 2020 to 2024, he held the post of Sub-specialist Consultant at Birmingham Women’s Hospital, where he also served as Gynaecology Clinical Service Lead and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham.

Fertility experience

In April 2024, Justin joined TFP Oxford Fertility to provide clinical leadership. He is committed to delivering holistic and expert care to women and couples seeking fertility and recurrent miscarriage assessment and treatment. Justin continues to see specialise and see patients with recurrent miscarriage in Birmingham and continues to deliver obstetric care too.

Publications and conferences

Justin has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and continues to supervise postgraduate embryology and obstetrics and gynaecology trainees at the University of Birmingham and Oxford University. He is frequently invited to chair steering committees and speak at national and international conferences on his research interests, which include embryo implantation, miscarriage, and maternal collapse.
