What to expect

Our aim is to work with the media positively and proactively and to respond to all media enquiries within five hours.

On rare occasions, where the inquiry is of a complex nature or is highly sensitive, this might take slightly longer, but we will always work with you to ensure deadlines are met.

Patient confidentiality

Patient confidentiality is our priority, and therefore, we are unable to disclose any information about a patient. We are also unable to share information about a patient’s treatment, care or diagnosis.

Permission

Interviews, filming or photography on or around TFP Fertility clinics or premises is not permitted without prior permission.

To obtain permission or to arrange an interview with TFP Fertility staff, please contact the marketing and communications team, who will be happy to help with your request.
