How to access TFP Fertility services through Bupa

If you think you're eligible for Bupa Fertility Programme, you can follow the below steps:

1. Contact Bupa

If you are a Bupa member you will need to contact Bupa directly to obtain a pre-authorisation code.

The code is valid for 31 days, so if you have not started your treatment within this time, you'll need to request a new one.

2. Fertility assesment

Once we receive your pre-authorisation code, we will schedule a fertility assessment for you and your partner, if required. This assessment will provide an overview of your fertility health. This typically includes an ovarian assessment for females and a semen analysis for males.

3. Initial consultation

After the assessment, one of our fertility experts will review your results and suggest any treatments or lifestyle changes that may enhance your chances of a successful pregnancy. Together, you'll decide on a personalised treatment that works for you.

4. Your fertility treatment

Once your treatment has been decided, you'll begin your treatment. You'll attend a nurse planning appointment, where we will provide guidance and teach you how to administer your medication.
