Can I donate my sperm?

To be a suitable sperm donor, you’ll need to meet certain criteria that help ensure your sperm is healthy and high-quality, which means only a small percentage of potential donors will be eligible to donate.

Aged between 18 and 45

Non-smoker for at least three months, including vapes

In good health with no infectious or genetic conditions

Share your full medical history and that of your immediate relatives

Commit to weekly appointments over a three-month period

Have a fertility assessment and genetic screening
